Victor Galloway, Director of Special Research, Public Policy Projects and Executive Education for The North Carolina Institute of Minority Economic Development (the Institute) which is a statewide nonprofit with a mission to build the asset base among limited resource populations through research and information, education and training, and business development. In his current role Mr. Galloway works on and collaborates with agencies globally on issues relating to financial service, economic development and public policies that impact the underserved communities and minority and women owned businesses. He has over 20 years of executive leadership experience across multiple industry sectors. He is a nationally recognized expert in Segment Marketing and Corporate Sustainability with proven ability to develop and execute cross-functional business strategy to drive bottom line growth. He has expertise in developing and executing strategies based on financial objectives, customer segmentation and market environment to achieve business goals. Solid business acumen complemented by strong leadership skills, tireless work ethic, and analytical/quantitative background. He has extensive experience with sales and marketing organizations globally in driving behavior to execute on business strategy at multi-layered organizations with highly skilled professionals and leaders. Mr. Galloway serviced on numerous executive boards in the private and public sector as well as serving an adviser to state and congressional officials. He is a graduate of North Carolina State University.
